CONDITIONS OF RETURN
1. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If the item has been worn, stained, washed, damaged, used or the inner hygienic protection is missing, the return or exchange will be refused.
3. The return costs are not covered.
4. Gifts are to be returned.

RETURN PROCEDURE

REFUNDS
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your package. Refunds will be made to the original payment account if the return conditions are met.
Return shipping costs are not covered. This also includes orders made on a cash on delivery basis. Note: Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.
